The biggest bully of Hiawassee Middle School has amnesia. Miraculously, Chase Ambrose survives falling off the roof of his home. While his body is fully intact, he has complete amnesia. He has no recollection of anything prior to his fall or the many ways he tormented classmates. Upon returning to school, he is mystified why kids avoid him like the plague. His "friends," fellow bullies Bear and Aaron, try to remind Chase who he is: the star football player, the ringleader of their trio, and the kid who previously never treated others with kindness. Only, this isn’t who Chase is now. The "new" Chase wants to join the video club and even wins over Shoshana, the girl who appears to hate him the most. There is no evidence that this is the same kid who forced her twin brother, Joel, to attend boarding school for music prodigies.
Chase eventually wins over the same kids he tormented in his pre-accident existence. At the same time, he tries to maintain his friendships with the football team, though he finds he barely has anything in common with them. The one exception is his muscle memory; he is still a skilled natural athlete. Read on to find if Chase gets his 2nd chance or if he lets it go to waste. What would you do with a clean slate?
